Activity - Activities need to be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages. Activities will need to be relative to the theme of the event. Examples of activities can include: Arts and Crafts, Flag Making, Chinese Lanterns, Mask Making, Create a Drum, etc.Promotional Item/Giveaway - Promotional Items or Giveaways need to be relative to the theme of the event and are an opportunity for you to share more information about your organization within the community. Examples of promotional items or giveaways can include: Writing Utensils, Notebooks, Coupons, Bags, stickers, etc.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT: I understand that upon submittal of form I acknowledge that they will be the property of the Wheeling Park District to be used for performance selection and marketing purposes. Further the Wheeling Park District assumes no liability for submitted materials. I understand selection to participate at the event is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the selection committee. Selected performers will be notified by May 15, 2023. Decisions will be based on completed application entries that best exemplify Wheeling’s cultural diversity. Applicant hereby fully releases and discharges the Wheeling Park District, their officers, agents and employees from any and all claims from injuries including death, damages or loss, which he/she or the organization or company they represent may have or which may accrue to them in connection with the International Festival to be held August 13 2023. Applicant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Wheeling Park District, their officers, agents and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages and losses, but not limited to the general public, which may arise or may be alleged to have arisen out of, or in connection with the International Festival to be held on August 13, 2023.
